Okay, I like strawberries and I like chocolate.  Really, who doesn’t?  Alright not everyone does but I know a few people who do.

Here is a nice sweet treat that combines both strawberries and chocolate in the form of a Keto Friendly Fat Bomb.  These little pink beauties are sure to satisfy that craving for Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

Ingredients
2.5 oz strawberries, fresh or frozen
5.3 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
2 oz butter (softened)
2 Tablespoons Powered Swerve
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 oz of Lilly’s Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions
Lightly mash strawberries (if using frozen be sure to thaw slightly).  Cream together softened cream cheese and butter using a hand mixer.  Add strawberries, swerve, and vanilla – mix well.  Fold in chocolate chips.   Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Scoop dough using a cookie scoop onto the parchment paper.  Place in freezer till frozen.  Store in a baggie and keep refrigerated.  I keep mine in the freezer and then let them sit out a few minutes before eating (I don’t want to break my teeth biting into a frozen fat bomb and neither should you).
