“A life of learning and burning!”

The KetoWriter Blog motto is “A life of learning and burning!” and that is indeed what it is.  I continue to learn more about my body and I continue to burn ketones – burning up the fat storage I have carried around for years.

The longer I am on the Ketogenic Diet, the more I have been learning  about my body and how it functions. I listen to/watch and read reports from so many scientists and doctors who do research on low-carb/keto diets. The more I learn from them I realize (without them saying it) how perfectly God created us and how wonderfully He fashioned our bodies to work altogether from each cell – whether it is our blood, tissues, connective tissues, DNA, bones, and organs. It is totally AMAZING!

I know a lot of those scientists and doctors think of things in terms of evolution and how our bodies, on their own, have become efficient in each function. I listen to them but I know WHO created me and I know WHO created you. Psalm 139:13-14 says You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.” I pray that one day the Light of Jesus will shine in their lives and they too will come to realize WHO made them and all the systems and functions of the human body.

So next time you watch, read or listen to one of the scientists and doctors, I share in my blog – pay attention carefully – you just might come to realize only a Great Artist or Designer could have created us so perfectly. His name is “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6

Thank you for reading and Keto-On, my friends.
